I have known the people at The Barrood Agency since 2004, when my wife and I purchased our home.  While one would assume that the only contact I would have with them is when my signature is required for renewal or if there was damage to my home.  One would be wrong.  I do hear from Elizabeth, from Barrood, when my renewal is coming close, but not just for the approval.  She provides options and education.  We discuss any changes to my home or assets, as well as other available coverages that may apply to my family’s needs.  Elizabeth also made a point of calling me after a particularly bad storm to ask about damage.  At that time, I asked about flood insurance.  Within twenty-four hours, I had a quote and the knowledge to make an educated decision, based on information provided by Elizabeth.  Everyone that I have dealt with at the Barrood Agency has always provided exemplary service and I would recommend them to anyone who can utilize their services.  In closing, I would say that, when insuring my family’s property and valuables, I couldn’t feel any safer than putting them in the hands of the Barrood family.
