Mr. Jordan is the Founder and CEO of The Jordan Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Employee Benefits Planning, Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Family Legacy Planning. He is a member of Highcap Financial, the largest group of independent life insurance professionals in the country. His affiliation brings him and his firm the scale and clout needed to get difficult underwriting cases issued and placed. It also puts him in the unique position of being part of the team that is the #1 distributor for 9 of the top 15 insurance carriers in the country and # 2 for the others. His experience and expertise in the market means the best carriers from a financial stability, product and price perspective are always brought to the table. His career has progressed steadily through an array of increasingly responsible positions into Senior Management. Prior to the formation of The Jordan Group, Mr. Jordan served as Vice President of The Meltzer Group for more than 8 years. By delivering unparalleled results to his clients, Mr. Jordan earned a reputation as an expert in the areas of Defined Benefit Plans, Individual Life Insurance, Annuities, Estate Planning as well as Employee Benefits. Ms. McDonald has a proven Account Specialist track record and over 12 years of experience in Employee Benefits.
Prior to joining The Jordan Group, Ms. McDonald was an executive Assistant/Office Manager for Jeffery C. Mensh and Associates, responsible for managing the entire firm for over 6 years. Ms. Mc Donald is well known for being dedicated to serving her clients at all time.
